IPGlobal is the data controller for personal data collected through this website (ipglobal247.com/) and in the course of providing our IT services.

We operate offices in Poland (HQ), the United States, the United Kingdom, the UAE, and Pakistan, and deliver services in 190+ countries worldwide.

  • Customer / client data: Duration of the service contract plus 2 years after termination (for warranty, legal, and audit purposes).
  • Financial and billing records: 7 years, in accordance with Polish and EU tax law obligations.
  • Website analytics data: Maximum 26 months, in anonymised or aggregated form where possible.
  • Marketing consent records: Until consent is withdrawn, plus 1 year for compliance documentation purposes.

At the end of each retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data deletion procedures.

6. International Data Transfers

IPGlobal operates globally, with offices and service delivery in 190+ countries. As a result, personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK.

Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA or UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

  • Adequacy decisions: Transfers to countries recognised by the European Commission or UK ICO as providing an adequate level of data protection.
